Celia's Court- Assessment Increase 2026
Starting April 1, 2026, the monthly Condominium Owner’s Association fee for each condominium will increase by approximately 15%.
Dear Homeowner,
Starting April 1, 2026, the monthly Condominium Owner’s Association fee for each condominium will increase by approximately 15%. This increase is necessary to cover the rising costs of insurance, utilities, and maintenance. The increase will also ensure that the Community Reserve Fund meets the minimum yearly allocation standard of 10%.
If you are utilizing ACH (automatic draft) through the PS Management homeowner portal you do not have to make any changes. If you are utilizing e-checks through your bank, you will need to change the payment amount for the new assessment starting March 1, 2026, as PS Management is unable to make this change for you. A bank convenience fee will apply to all 1-time eCheck and Credit Card transactions.
